Terms and conditions of sale
- Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, by e-mail or at the harbor gate.
- If you book by e-mail or telephone, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% at the time of booking. The balance will be paid, at the latest, the day before departure if from Santa Giulia, or the morning of departure if from the port.
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. After this time, no refund will be given.
- To pay for your day, we accept bank cheques, vacation vouchers, credit cards or cash.
- If you are pregnant or have a baby, please let us know. Tours on Carrataghju may not be recommended.
- If you're sensitive to seasickness, remember to take medication approx. 30 minutes before departure. If you don't have any, ask us as soon as you arrive in port!
- Just in case, a first-aid kit containing everything you need is available on each of our boats.
- The decks of the boats have a special coating, and it's customary to take your shoes off on board.
- For your comfort, don't forget: sun cream, sunglasses, cap, towel and, of course, a swimsuit!

- Every day, we monitor the marine weather at 3 different sites and look for the ideal day, with as little wind as possible, for the best comfort on board. The weather being something we can't manage! We are not responsible for any changes. We rely on your understanding!
- Circuits will always be readapted in the event of bad weather.
- The skippers/mate/hostesses are not lifeguards and will not be responsible for swimming. If you don't know how to swim, please let the staff on board know, so they can lend you a swimming fry to make swimming easier.
- Once off the boat, whether on the quay (in Bonifacio or La Maddalena, for example) or in the water, our onboard staff will not be responsible for you or your belongings... thank you for your understanding.
Finally... don't hesitate to give us your opinion - we're always ready to listen! Always with the aim of improving our services and fully satisfying our guests.
